Shipping policy

We carefully prepare every Luxze order and provide tracking as soon as it begins its journey.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally fulfilled and shipped within the stated estimate at checkout. Typical delivery is 4–10 working days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Tracking

When your parcel ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking events can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Addresses and delays

Please confirm your address before completing checkout. Luxze is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, carrier disruption, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
